Thai cooking course

In the Thai cooking workshops of Runs 'N Roses you will learn how to use the herbs and spices such as galangal, kaffir lime, and lemon grass and taste the tropical flavors of tamarind, coconut, and various curries. We will teach you basic Thai cooking and how to apply it in preparing Thai dishes.

We teach you how to rely upon your taste instead of teaspoons and other measurements, when you are cooking with fresh ingredients.

At Runs 'N Roses the Thai cooking workshops are not only for adults but there is also a cooking workshop for kids.

The course for adults, includes an introduction to Thai herbs and spices, a local market tour (on market days), cooking instructions and all material and ingredients needed for the dishes. Of course you get to eat the delicious Thai food as well. You will create four different dishes. The activity coordinator will discuss the menu with you beforehand, we have a number of choices on curries, fish, Thai salads and soups, vegetable dishes and dishes with tofu.

The cooking courses can be organized on any day, the visits to the markets are on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
