 When
you visit Runs 'N Roses and
participate in one of the projects, workshops, courses or when you
stay in one of the bungalows or rooms, you will meet many people.
It's the people that make our place, next to the great food, beautiful
accommodating, the area and the activities of course.
Some of these people are guests or participants like you, some
of them are staff, some of them work as a volunteer, some of them
are our neighbors and some of them are just always there.
On this page you can meet some of them.
Rose

This Dutch lady is the brain, the plan maker, the creative
mind of our organization. Do you like the way the bungalows
and rooms are decorated, the atmosphere, the beauty and the
diversity of the place? She is the one responsible for all
of that creativity.
But most of all Rose is the founder of the Thai
Child Development Foundation. Runs 'N
Roses is set up to support this foundation financially.
Rose spends most of her time working on the social projects
of the Thai Child Development
Foundation, but you will meet her at Runs
'N Roses too!

Originally from Holland, but Thailand is really the place
where she belongs. Her Thai name is Koy. Together with
Rose, she is responsible for the eco-tourism project. No matter
which plans, dreams and idea's about Runs 'N
Roses pop up by a team member, visitor, volunteer, student
or guest, she makes it look easy to accomplish! Koy
created the structure that leads to professional and personal
service to all our guests. You will find her on the mountain,
behind the computer or in the restaurant.
Koy is also a full-time volunteer for the Thai
Child Development Foundation, her activities
are focussed on the projects of the Educational branch of
the foundation.

Yai and Moon
Meet Yai and his wife Moon. They joined Runs 'N
Roses in March 2006 as staff members.
Yai is our handyman, gardener, contact with local people and
driver.
Moon is the 'mae-bahn' on the mountain of Runs 'N
Roses. Moon keeps all our accommodation clean, but most
of all: she is responsible for cooking the great meals you can enjoy
in our restaurant.
Yai and Moon have two daughters, Nam-wan
and Nam-fon They are very happy - and naughty - girls
and you will meet them somewhere on the mountain for sure.
And.......
Of course there are many more people who helped Runs 'N
Roses in one way or another. Friends, family, volunteers, guests,
visitors, neighbors and many more.
