Temple, hot spring and waterfall
A
trip to the city of Ranong, capital of the province and harbor for
many fishing boats.
The first stop of this day-trip is at the Haew Lome waterfall.
There will be time for swimming, climbing the big rocks and explore
the area. You will have a picnic lunch served at the waterfall.
The trip will continue to the city of Ranong, where you will visit
a Buddhist temple. Here you will get an introduction to Buddhism
in every day life in Thailand. There will be enough time to wonder
around the premises of the temple, look around in the school (for
boy monks) or talk with the monks.
After that there is an option to visit the market of Ranong. It
has a 'normal' Thai market with vegetables and food and a Burmese
market with a lot of goods and clothes. You will have 2 hours to
shop around or just watch this lively place.
Later in the afternoon you will be brought to the river of Ranong
with its hot springs. A perfect place to relax before going back
to Runs 'N Roses in the evening.
