  No roads, no trails, no paths: just forest and rivers.

Prices are based on two people
sharing a room.

You would like to do a trek in the rainforest, but do not have the time to go to the north of Thailand? Well, there is no need for that: Phato has a big area of pristine rain forest.

Runs 'N Roses can organize a trek in the forest with one of our local guides for you. And when talk about a trek, we mean a trek: no trails, no paths. Just rainforest! Enormous trees, wonderful plants and flowers and - if you are lucky - the change to see wildlife; like monkeys, birds and maybe even a snake.

The trek can be 2 hours or more, depending on your desire.

We offer you a 3 day - 2 night program in which you can stay at our guest house alongside the river, do the trek and enjoy the nature in a rural area.

All meals, transport, stay overnight and the guide are included in the price.

This is what we can offer you:

  • You arrive at the mountain, settle in your accommodation

  • Introduction, information on the program for the following day.

  • You can go hiking, swimming, tubing, play ping-pong or petonque or do an activity

  • Dinner

  • Trek in the rainforest *)

  • Lunch

    • Afternoon

  • Return to Runs 'N Roses

  • Time to relax and explore the area.

    • *) A jungle trek requires good shoes and a good physical condition. The trip can be quite hazardous and Runs 'N Roses can not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries.

    Runs 'N Roses is set up to support the Thai Child Development Foundation financially.
    Most foundations have a lot of "overhead", such as salaries for staff, office rent, supplies, daily life costs, transport to and from projects and so on. The concept of Runs 'N Roses supporting the TCDF prevents that 50% of the given donations to TCDF
    would be spent on overhead. By staying in one of the bungalows or guest rooms of Runs 'N Roses, you help TCDF
     in a constructive and lasting way. This will benefit all children involved with the foundation.
