Walking trails

Most walking trails are dirtroads. You put on your walking boots, take a small backpack with water, some food and some swimming gear.

Bring along your camera and binoculars and off you go: walking. Or hiking, as its also called.

Runs 'N Roses located some beautiful spots for you to walk or walk to by yourself. Most hikes are on walking trails on fruit plantations, to small villages and alongside the river.

Anybody with a reasonable physical condition can do these walking trails. Children should always be accompanied by adults.

Maps and/or information is provided. For some trails, however, you will need a guide. The activity coordinator of Runs 'N Roses can give you all information about the trails and things to see alongside the trails.

The walking trail you can do on your own most of the time. For the trails with guide a fee will be charged.

Runs 'N Roses is set up to support the Thai Child Development Foundation financially.
Most foundations have a lot of "overhead", such as salaries for staff, office rent, supplies, daily life costs, transport to and from projects and so on. The concept of Runs 'N Roses supporting the TCDF prevents that 50% of the given donations to TCDF
would be spent on overhead. By staying in one of the bungalows or guest rooms of Runs 'N Roses, you help TCDF
in a constructive and lasting way. This will benefit all children involved with the foundation.
