 Go
in the rainforest with one of the local people as a guide. No trails,
no paths, other then the ones for the plantations.
When you go up higher on the mountain the rainforest is there
for you to see, with magnificent giant trees, orchids (depending
on the season) and - if you go in early - animals. Insects, birds,
monkeys and so on can come on your path.
The trek is through quite rough terrain and is only for the very
fit.
You can choose to walk for 2 up to 8 hours, all depending on your
preference and physical condition.
