 Haew
Lome waterfall is a huge waterfall near Phato. The water falls all
year and it is a nice place to visit, swim have a picnic and meet
Thai people. Especially in the weekend, Thai families visit the
waterfall.
In the rainy season, however, the amount of water can be overwhelming.
A beautiful sight, but you will get wet just from looking at it!
In the rainy season swimming is too dangerous. But still it is worth
the trip to take a look at the enormous amount of water during that
period.
You can walk to the waterfall by yourself. A nice hike and not
difficult to do. An activity where you can fully enjoy the beauty
of this waterfall. A guided walk providing information about the
forest and environmental issues specific to Thailand can be organized.
